Dreams Foundation empowers children, families, and the elderly, including those with diverse backgrounds and challenges, as well as those currently or formerly involved with a child welfare agency, through comprehensive support, family unification, and domestic violence services aimed at fostering healthy relationships and promoting self-sufficiency.
